At Bebé Mango, sustainability begins with material choice and intention.
Every candle is hand poured using upcycled organic beeswax. Beeswax is a natural byproduct of beekeeping, and by using upcycled wax, we give new life to a material that would otherwise go unused. It is renewable, biodegradable, and naturally long burning, making it a thoughtful alternative to paraffin and synthetic waxes.
Our candles contain no added fragrance. The subtle honey aroma comes directly from the beeswax itself, eliminating the need for synthetic scents or chemical additives. We use cotton wicks and simple materials chosen for clean burning and performance.
Each Bebé Mango candle is made in small batches and poured by hand. This approach allows us to reduce excess, maintain quality, and respect the natural variation of the material. Differences in color, texture, and finish are part of the process and reflect the authenticity of hand production rather than mass manufacturing.
Sustainability also means creating objects that last beyond a single use. Bebé Mango candles are designed as sculptural pieces that can be enjoyed as decor, gifted with intention, and appreciated even after the candle has finished burning.
