1. Our Promise

We take great pride in creating small-batch, hand-poured beeswax candles of exceptional quality. Each candle is made with care in our Cedar Rapids studio, and we want every customer to be happy with their order.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the details below so you know what to expect when requesting a return, refund, or exchange.


2. Damaged or Defective Candles

In the rare event your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at andreashriver@gmail.com.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the candle and packaging

We will review your message and offer either a replacement or refund.
We may ask that you ship the damaged candle back to our studio so the wax can be remelted and reused. Once received, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Return shipping for damaged or defective candles will be covered by us.


3. Returns for Other Reasons

Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, we cannot accept returns based on color variations or minor imperfections. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not affect the candle’s quality or performance.

If you believe your candle does not match the description on our website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review your concern individually.


4. Refund Timing and Shipping Costs

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned candle has been received and inspected.
Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing may take up to 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. How to Return a Candle

If we approve your return, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Please:

  1. Repack the candle securely to prevent damage.
  2. Include your packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Ship to the address below:

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a candle for the same item, email us before sending anything back. Exchanges will be handled based on current product availability.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used candles
  • Items marked as final sale
