1. Order Processing
All orders are hand-packed and shipped from our studio in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. During product launches or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
We currently do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, including:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
Orders placed during these times will ship on the next business day after the holiday period.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We primarily ship via UPS, depending on package size and destination.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Areas
At this time, Bebé Mango Candle Co. ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping or APO/FPO delivery.
4. Delivery Times
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days once the order leaves our studio.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and candle. We will review each case individually to determine the best solution.
If a package is lost or delayed after leaving our facility, we will do our best to help you track it down, but we cannot be held responsible for carrier errors or delays.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply for returned orders.
